If you are looking for the best Muay Thai online training videos, it may take a bit of time to sieve through the sea of content that is available out there. For a complete beginner, it can also be difficult to differentiate between an authentic Muay Thai practitioner and a fake guru.
That’s why I’m here to share some of the best Muay Thai online training videos with you in this article.
Best Muay Thai Online Training Videos
This is not a definitive guide to all the online training video resources and courses. It does however feature some of the best Muay Thai YouTube channels and online programs that I personally follow or have used over the past years.
Some are free and some are paid programs to cater to different training -and budget- needs. The advantage of paid courses is that they are usually structured learning so beginners will stand to benefit the most.
For those with some training experience in actual Muay Thai gyms and know what they want to improve on, then YouTube channels can suffice.
Nak Muay Nation
Everybody who trains Muay Thai will have come across the videos of Sean Fagan aka Muay Thai Guy, at some point.
Fagan is a prolific content creator with a massive YouTube channel of nearly 500 Muay Thai videos. He’s an American fighter who is based in Thailand for the last couple of years. Fagan holds a professional record of 25 wins in 35 fight appearances.
While he admits to not being the best fighter, Fagan is passionate about sharing his knowledge of training Muay Thai acquired from his career and it shows.
Nak Muay Nation’s is Sean’s collection of Muay Thai online training videos and courses that are available via subscription or one-time purchases. You can read my detailed review of Sean Fagan’s Heavy Bag Blueprint 2.0 training program which I highly recommend for beginners and intermediate-level practitioners.
It’s a comprehensive home-training program that is well-structured and content-packed. It’s the costliest program around but the value offered by the course far exceeds the price tag.
Cost: The Heavy Bag Blueprint 2.0 is a one-time purchase at 297USD with 50% promo offered from time to time. (Check link below to check if promo is valid). Alternatively, Fagan’s YouTube channel has over 400 training videos for free.

Muay Thai Basic Techniques (Udemy)
This Udemy course was created by fitness instructor and ex-Muay Thai fighter, Christoph Delp. Delp is from Germany but spent some years in Thailand training and competing in Muay Thai.
During this period, he devoted his time to training and creating Muay Thai training content. Delp has put out what I consider to be the best books in the market for training Muay Thai. For the best results, I recommend Delp’s instructional video courses which he has put out on Udemy.
Delp has worked with many top Thai champions of the time to create this program and the video product is very high in quality. The “Muay Thai Basic Techniques” course is the best there is out there for complete beginners to the sport.
I would not recommend this particular program for those who already have prior experience in Muay Thai but Delp offers two other more advanced programs on Udemy that would be suitable.
Cost: The Basic Techniques course is priced at a one-time purchase at $20.99 ONLY on Udemy. The course includes a total of 88 videos and a total run time of 2 hours 37 minutes. Discounts are offered from time to time.

Liam Harrison Training
Liam Harrison is an eight-time Muay Thai world champion who has competed against some of the biggest names in the sport. He is considered by many to be the best Muay Thai fighter out of the UK, and an exciting combat athlete to watch.
Harrison is an aggressive fighter with hard left hooks and devastating low kicks that have earned him the nickname of “The Hitman”.
In his training courses, Harrison covers techniques that he uses with great success to become a 8x world champion. This is a comprehensive program with modules on beginner techniques to fighting tips.
Harrison continues to create content on a regular basis that he uploads to the program. Liam Harrison Training is accessible by a subscription plan. I highly recommend it to those of you who are looking to eventually compete or perhaps improve your skills for sparring.
Cost: Access to the training videos cost £11.99 per month or £89.99 for a full-year subscription.

Samart Payakaroon
Samart Payakaroon is one of the few contenders for the honor of being Muay Thai’s GOAT (Greatest of all time). During the Covid-19 lockdown in Thailand, he started making and posting instructional videos on a new YouTube channel.
There aren’t many videos as of writing but the team looks to be producing more to be uploaded in the days ahead. It definitely has the potential to be one of the best Muay Thai training channels.
If you want to learn authentic, effective Muay Thai techniques from the very best, then this is a worthwhile YouTube channel to check out and subscribe to.

Warrior Collective
Warrior Collective is a UK-based martial arts training team that puts out training courses by various UK fighters. It also has a YouTube channel with over 1000 videos that focus on a variety of martial arts.
As one of the biggest players in the UK fight coaching scene, Warrior Collective has partnered with many of the top fighters and coaches in fight sports. Look out for names like Damien Trainor, Paul Karpowicz, Tetsuya Yamato, Panicos Yusuf and many more.
For beginners, I recommend checking out this channel for the instructions by Jompop Kiatphontip. Jompop is a retired fighter and respected trainer who is now based in the UK.
His instructional videos are simple but they deliver a lot of value. Jompop comes with many years of experience and hundreds of fights in Thailand. He was also a former number-one ranked fighter at the prestigious Rajadamnern Stadium in Bangkok. You know you will be learning authentic Muay Thai from his videos.
